FAQs / Help

How do I use my ticket for access to the event or activity I have booked?

You will be emailed an order confirmation upon purchase that will include a barcode and a unique booking reference number. That email can be printed out or you can save paper and show it to us on your mobile phone upon arrival for entrance to the event/activity you have booked.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of event/activity?

We recommend booking in advance to ensure your place and avoid disappointment. While we can offer day of purchases for some events and activities, we cannot guarantee availability when you arrive.

Is there an entry fee to the Rewilding Centre if I’m not booked into an event or activity?

No. All visitors have free access to the public areas of the Rewilding Centre, interpretation, children’s forest play and footpaths. Some areas of the building, footpaths and exterior may be in use for our programme of events or activities but will not prohibit other visitors from those free of charge areas.

When are you open?

Public opening hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm daily. This includes An Nead, our café.

Some booked events and activities may fall outside of these hours, which will be communicated at time of booking.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No. All parking is free of charge at the Rewilding Centre.

Are car park, buildings and footpaths wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We have accessible parking available and full access into the Rewilding Centre and accommodation buildings via paths and walkways. One of our three main forest footpaths Ceum an Aitinn, the Juniper Path, is also fully accessible to wheelchair users.

Do you offer refunds?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

In extraordinary circumstances due to weather, staffing or other issues beyond our customers’ control, full refunds may be issued if an suitable alternative/substitution is not available.
