World Gaelic week celebration at Dundreggan
Join us at the Dundreggan Rewilding Centre (Àrainn Ath-fhiadhachaidh Dhul Dreagain) at 12.30 pm on Saturday 28 February to celebrate World Gaelic Week.
Meet Gaelic speakers, enjoy tea coffee and nibbles, and learn the Gaelic names for trees. A family-friendly event – everyone welcome!
- Gaelic Tree Activities & Mingling, 1.30-2.30
- Gaelic Song Workshop - Led by musician Brian Ó hEadhra, 2:30 – 3:00
- Guided Nature Walk, 3:00 – 3:30
- Informal Mingling / Wrap-up - Opportunity to chat with Gaelic speakers, explore materials, or continue enjoying the café and surroundings.
Other things to note:
- Family friendly. Children welcome
- Refreshments provided and cafe will be open too
- Delivered in English with opportunity to engage in Gaelic / chat with Gaelic speakers
